Nano Mechatronics We conduct research in areas such as nanoimprint-based nanopat-
terning processes and core equipment technologies,
nanoassembly, nano mechanics-based measurement & evaluation,
and device transfer and application technologies. Learn More

Eco-Friendly & Energy Machines We provide education and research to solve energy and environmental
issues from a mechanical engineering perspective, including
technologies for carbon-free clean fuel-based power machinery,
and environmental machine technologies to reduce fine dust and
